Hello again, Im ordering a new cue, and a case, and some other products soon. The prices for both of these options are almost exactly the same. Which service, or store provides better shipping, packaging, ect.

Any recommendations?

Thanks again.

I honestly don't think you can go wrong with either choice. They both provide great transactions/customer service.

Flip a coin...:D

i've ordered from both and both are excelent. 1 advantage to neilsen is he'll often include some accessories along with the cue like a moose bringe head and shaper and stuff valueing around $25ish. not sure if seyberts gives the extras.

Lol, maybe I should. I think Seyberts would be a little bit faster figuring it takes Joe a couple of days to resond to my e-mails, because he is so busy. Seyberts is like 2 dollars cheaper as well, but I dont know how good those economy cue cases are. :D :D

Both are excellent. I think Joe has taken a couple days to respond because he is getting shipments out the door. He is a very fast shipper as well as Seybert's. Either choice will be a good one.

Im not too comfortable ordering something off of ebay. I have heard tons of storys of people being scammed and stuff. It says Seyberts used the FedEx ground shipping, doesnt that take like a couple weeks?

Thanks

I've ordered from Seyberts a few times before for small items and they arrived quite quickly. I ALSO wouldn't hesitate to order from Nielsen even if he is on eBay. Ebay Stores are a lot different than ebay auctions.

I just bought something from Seybert's and used USPS Priority Mail. Ordered on Thursday and got it on Monday. You should have no hesitation on buying something from Joe on eBay or off of it. He is a stand up guy and has never ripped anyone off. In fact has gone above and beyond many many times. I think he always ships Priority as well. Like I said before, either way you will not be disappointed.

No... Basically, you'll have your order in just a few days. With either Seyberts or Nielsens. You can buy from either without worry.

I also buy a lot of stuff from Seyberts (mostly everything :D ) and have never had a problem with them. I usually get my order in a few days and they have great prices. I haven't ordered anything from Neilson, so I'm unable comment. Hope this helps with your decision.

If you don't want to go through ebay, send Joe an email direct. He gives AZ members an additional 5% off on lots of his stuff but you need to contact him direct, outside of ebay.

Both are recommended. Who is geographically closer to you?

You might get stuff a day earlier from one vs. the other.

Joe Nielsen. He's the man. If he can't do it...nobody can.

Cheers. (pun intended)

-yow!

Call or email joe nielsen and mention AZbilliards. He will give you 5% off your cue purchase. I have dealt with him and he is top notch!!!!!

I read about the 5% deal here on AZbilliards.

While I've only had good experiences with Seyberts, I've only used them for the items Joe Nielson didn't have (which were very few). Joe consistently beat the best price from Seyberts on everything else, and offers amazing customer service.

I've not experience with Joe Nielsen, but I've gotten outstanding service and more importantly quick responses to problems from Seybert's.

I'll 32nd everyone's opinion that you cannot go wrong with either.
Btw Joe told me he receives about 200 emails a day.
That's not spam, that's real mails from real people that he gives a polite and detailed answer to usually within hours.
I didn't dare to ask him when the last time was he had a week off.
Try and make it no more than one or two mails for Joe's sake if the coin comes up heads.

gr. Dave
