Shaft Needed

Can anyone make a shaft for a Scorpion cue 3/8x14 a friend needs one and does not want a fiberglass one. Thanks in advance

PM sent.i have a bunch of top quality shafts on the final cut right now.they are all 15+ rpi with dead straight grain(i have bright white to light brown in color).i can make him one with old Kers taper and new yellow micarta ferrule with a Kamui tip for $150.

let me know and give me joint collar diameter and length.
