Hi, I am thinking of buying the shaftmaster for my boyfriend cuz it looks like the most affordable cue repair lathe out there...just looking for some feedback from people who've used it. Maybe there's a better cue repair lathe out there for around the same price or less??? Or do you think that the Shaftmaster is a good buy? Any feedback would be great! Thanks!!

I bought one of these lathes.Biggest peice of crap I ever bought.I sent it back and payed the restocking fee's.This shaftmaster lathe had no power and if you even touched the shaft with a peice of sand paper on the highest speed it would stop.It realy is a rip off and won't do any thing .Better off getting a high tower lathe or some other type of little repair lathe as this shaft master lathe is a joke realy cheap made I could bend it with my teeth. He would do better with a hand drill to do tips and stuff than this lathe and save your self the 800 bucks.
