Shane and Ralf on free live stream right now

The stream on my mac is very sow in either Firefox or Safari.

I'll see a guy down on a shot, then a few seconds later I see the balls rolling and don't know what happened. Very annoying.

Internet speed test shows about 2.1M download speed.

Is there a way I can lower the resolution on my end?
