Archer is going to be one crazy old man if he continues to increase in his ability to find lint and powder on every inch of the table. I find it more and more difficult to enjoy watching him play over the years, I think he has moved beyond lint removal into nervous tick space. Hopefully he does not get more obsessed with finding things to wipe and pick at on the table in the coming years. Otherwise he is one hell of a player:D :D

If you look at the earnings list on the home page, it's easy to understand why a pool player with a family would be nervous. $65,000 is good money if you don't have to travel or put up entry fees. Like a friend of mine says, it's an easy way to make a hard living.

I didn't think Archer looked too twitchy; he picked some lint up and wiped the rails sometimes but he didn't take too long to shoot overall. He just seems to be grinding it out more these days. He seems more afraid of making mistakes then he used to be.

Watching the match, you could tell the balls weren't rolling too good for Johnny. I think the more you play the game, the more that kind of stuff seems to wear people down.

Shane looked supersmooth and deserved to win. He has a long way to go to match Johnny's career, but he's doing everything he can to get there.

I'd rather be Captain Obvious than Captain Obnoxious!

Only meant to kid around Jay, everyone here respects you and your opinions. I don't think anyone could argue against Shane being POY. Who else would it be? Daryl Peach with one major tournament win?
