Shane Vs Hennesse DVD for sale 3 hours in Action... High quality!

That's how it should work. When someone pays you for a product that you sold on a forum, it should go in the mail the next day. 6-8 weeks for delivery??? REALLY??
I agree completely. A seller should also respond to buyers in a timely manner.

i didn't know it was so hard

To do something completely unique and please people. If you didn't know I do live streaming about 4 nights a week sometimes even more. During the day I am trying to make DVDS and everything for people. From now on I will run to the post office everyday for orders.

Cmon' guys its basic marketing 101! When you see these adds on TV saying deliver is 6-8 weeks...that is because they are just gauging demand and don't have any product on hand. The 6-8 weeks gives them time to manufacture the product. I don't know Mike, however he is simply trying to hedge his own losses in time and materials by not producing a DVD until it's been ordered.

I agree that communication is key when selling a product but like he mentioned he is doing the best he can and is new to this. Cut Mike some slack as he is providing us pool enthusiasts some great matches!

Actually the only thing

Actually the only thing I'm making an excuse for is that I am busy. I have piles of DVDS I make them ahead of time actually and I also sell them in person. I'd make many DVDS a day if I could I have so much content to work with and since I film all the time there is new content unexpected. I figure if I make the DVDS they will come and it will create an income stream for me to justify all the live stream work I do locally for free.

I might take you a picture of 50 DVDS spread out. I need to do it for the stream anyways to advertise I'll post the url here.

The only excuse I have for one week wait time is that I am busy beyond belief.

As far as communication goes, do I not email you as soon as I get the payment and say thanks I got it, be looking for it soon? Is it that not communication? I have a cell phone and stream fans and viewers call me all the time to talk to me about what I'm doing.

heres a pic of some of the dvds

most have labels, dual layers don't

Received the DVD and watched it this weekend. A couple of things that I feel would've helped the presentation of the match would be an overlay on the screen to display the score rack by rack and maybe some commentary. I didn't mind the lack of commentary but I was a little lost at times due to the score not being displayed. Otherwise it's a great DVD with some great playing by both players, particularly when one of the players gets in a groove.

First of all glad you got the DVD.

First of all glad you got the DVD. There couldnt be any commentary really unless 1, I stood next to the camera and commentated or 2, ran the video through the production stream and did all the titles commentary after the fact. 3. If i did #2 it would of reduced the quality because that source is straight from the tapes themselves and it would of been down converted and processed about 3 times.

The HD master source is the highest quality I can achieve to disc at this point. Some of the other DVDS have commentary and titles but those are from either live disk recording or stream sources. Live disk recording through my production ala tvmike.tv are pretty high quality but dont get to the hd master level because of processing.

Just an explanation.

That's understandable. I wish I had a Blu-Ray player so I could have waited for the Blu-Ray copies you said you were going to make. Based on the sample clip, I bet this match would look amazing in Blu-Ray!
