Sharks Las Vegas

Oh OK cool thanks. Wasn't there a place in Vegas before called Sharks though? Is this gonna be the same joint just with new owner?

Pool Sharks, was originally owned by Lou Butera. Changed hands, and closed. Mark is putting a class A kinda place in the old space. ;)

Are you talking about Scott Frosts' " Ice House "? Is his place the old " Sharks"?

Bmore, you seem to be confused..Let me clarify a few things, for you and others..Yes, Mark Griffin has purchased, and is completely renovating and upgrading the old "Pool Sharks" in Las Vegas.. Mark is a shrewd business man, and has proven he knows how to make outstanding decisions re; anything pool related. Its almost certain to be a huge success.

"The Ice House" is Scott Frost's venture, And is located in Tempe (Phx) Arizona,..His partners are also very well qualified..Mike Bates is the owner of one of the largest (and most successful) pool rooms west of the Mississippi, "Bullshooters"..Scott's 16,000 sq. ft venture was never a pool room, and is located in a very active strip mall, near the ASU campus..He is introducing some very innovative ideas..I don't see how it can miss, and I'm sure we all wish him the best.

Phoenix and Las Vegas (only a scenic 5 hr. drive apart) have become mecca's for leagues, amateur players, and gambling action..Also, there is very little, if any 'heat' on pool gambling in LV or PHX. ..I believe they have far surpassed the entire state of California, in the potential for pool action! By the way, Phoenix is one of very few cities, who have Pro teams in all four major sports..Whats not to like here!
