Shooters Pool, a new pool simulator

I agree with Coach Ditka. It is a lil hard but with a little practice it will probably be easier.Very good job so far and I wouldn;t mind seeing 8,9,and 10 options either.

Thanks! but what are you refering with 8,9 and 10 options? sorry, as you can see English is not my natural language

will give a try to a new version demo. The previous one crashed at startup on a new laptop with good graphics card, and I didn't bother to check the reason.

Crashing on my laptop also. Toshiba Satellite with Windows 7/ 64 bit/ 4G Ram /Intel extreme graphics

kinda neat, other than it seems hard to control. runs well on my windows 8 computer @ 1920x1200, frame rates stayed in the 170+ range as I played

Looks like a really interesting project, but for me at least www.shooterspool.net redirects to Facebook. :frown:

Please please please can you make your software available for people who do not use that network?

(Yes there are still some of us who don't have Facebook accounts, and in many cases have an intense dislike for Facebook.)

EDIT: Ah, I see that if you go straight to http://www.shooterspool.net/forum/index.php?topic=5.0 it doesn't redirect to Facebook.

I understand you, neither I have personal facebook account , but is a good tool for this kind of things. Website is under construction, until then, I am posting some developing status in the facebook page, but releases will be always in the forum too.

Remember, the key is to do warm-up shots like you do in real life ;)
In fact, after you get used to the controls, it's easier than real life.

Did you send the report? How was the error messge?

Option wasn't available to my knowledge. Program simply crashed without explanation or code. Unchecked all graphics options except "Lights" with the same result. Hope this helps.

Yeah I saw that report. I will try to make a simpler shader because it is a common problem on old video cards.

Thanks!

Thank you, I very appreciate your kind words :)
Sorry I don´t have any papers, and just now I am not planning to make anything, maybe in the future.
Sorry for reviving this old thread, but did you end up writing any paper about how you simulated the physics? I'm very interested in the inner working of the game! I hope you still use AZB lol
