I would say a 48 or 50 inch the place my tabe is has a few tight spots when right on the rail and straight on nothing to spendy any ideas

Cut the end off a house cue. It will work.
 
I bought an Action kid's stick (48") for the post that is in the way on my table, and I have to say it is well balanced and hits pretty well. The tip looks like a Le Pro, and as a whole I have no complaints.
 
If ya want a cue that would work good and be a good break cue get a Mezz power break 2. There like 50 inches long. Or a cuetec kids cue would work just fine or you can order a 48 or 50 inch house cue that would be cheap and get the job done.:) Mueller has the house cues I think.
 
Look into a Trouble-Shooter. They come in like 5 different lenghts but they still weigh at least 17 to 19. So it's more like shooting with a regular cue.
