I wonder if one of his deals with a positive rep on itrader is an alias of his. I'm sure they could trace the IP on all the people that he dealt with last month. I also would like to see AZ do an escrow service with their itrader to protect buyers here. They could generate some income by doing this as well. Just a thought.

Think you could be incorreect about 7:35, as according the the AZB Atomic Clock, ChrisC was last on line at 4:25PM...

I don't completely agree with that statement. I'm still fairly new here, only had 1 trade that went well, but to say not to trust ALL new members isn't fair to us new guys that are trying to create a good reputation for ourselves.

I completely understand the situation and feel sympathetic for the victims here, but I have read all the threads about this guy and IMO banning him wasn't the best solution simply because it isn't going to stop him from doing it to somebody else. He'll just find another site, or even come back here using a friend's computer, address, and name for protecting his identity. How would anybody know it's the same guy then? Messing with IP addresses is too much of a hassle for a thief for somebody like him, he isn't making enough money here to go through all that. What we all do here is risky to begin with, but these things do happen. The only way to really protect ourselves here is communication...which everybody has been doing.

Not that anybody asked...but that's my .02

I dont know. I just checked here at work, and I checked last night at home. They both say 7:25 P.M. yesterday. Well at least he wasnt on since then. It could be some sort of software, time zone thing. I dont know. The main thing is that he hasnt been on since. I hope I'm wrong.

No you are not wrong, you are maybe in a different Time Zone than the AZB Atomic Clock.
 
We need a sticky now with his address/other know scammer's addresses to avoid shipping to him/them.

Should have left the animal in the cage instead of releasing it into the wild...
