Facebook seller says its like new and been chalked only five times. Should this Meucci go for $240?

Facebook is always filled with bots and scammers, but there has been a noticeable surge in fake accounts and scam posts the last few months. I'd move on if I were you.

Facebook posters are not seeking top dollar sometimes. I am aware of buyers that are scammers. I posted a sales item of a table and two people wanted it immediately and would visit that afternoon to get it. The problem was they were from Eastern Europe and wanted only to buy using Venmo and such. I am sure a poster selling something could be even more an obvious scam. Probably one way to prevent a scam is to purchase using a credit card.

I Would say it has been chalked 5 thousand times, or more.
