Lately I've been playing in a more square on stance. I think it helps my game, since it helps me getting aligned with the shot better. But the last few days my shoulder has been hurting like hell. Okay, that might be a bit much, but I can really feel that something is wrong. Before it sometimes hurt after a long session, but it didn't last for more than at most a few hoursIt's been hurting for several days now. I guys it comes from putting to much weight on my bridge hand, but I don't really know what I'm doing wrong. The other thing I'm not quite happy with is that I feel that my head/weight is too much forward over the cue. I think solving one of the problems might solve the other, as getting my head/weight shifted further back would take some weight off the bridge hand, but I'm not sure how to get there.
