I'm looking for any pictures of cues with a segmented handle that is not completely wrapless! I've seen cues before that have the 3-sectional handle with the two outside sections having a leather wrap and the middle section of the segmented handle being "wrapless".
Any comments with regards to the "functionality" of the cue are welcome as well...meaning - does it get in your head feeling the different surfaces if you have to grip the cue on the leather/wrapless section to make a shot? Did the cuemaker give you grief over having to make it? (Etc.)
I got some round snakewood from Billy Webb I'm planning on having a segmented handle done with. One day....maybe.
For me some just don't look right but others are amazing. Very color dependent, all the woods and separations have to complement each other.
