Hay that cue was Phil's aviter!

Thank Mr Phil for that cue. I took it in trade for something or other! It was the best move Phil made in a while! Colin you are lucky! But Phil is luckier!

Finally got some pictures of my Cochran. We need to take a few more this weekend at Gradys. Of all that I took, this is the only one that lighting was even close to decent. See ya Sunday.

Thanks for the compliment. I just wish I had a good picture of the joint...you can see it a little in this one, it is engraved all the way around. Hopefully I can get a good pic this weekend.

Your brother David really treats you very good! He picked you up a nice cue there! I like his wrapless Scruggs a little more every time I see it!
Nick :)

Absolutely

Yes, he did do me right there putting me on that cue. I just spoke with Mike about the coco TS on their website that looks VERY similar, except the joint. He said I need another like a hole in the head...probably right. I am going by the shop over thanksgiving to thank him in person for the cue and play around with a few toys. I have a design in my head for a wrapless I would like Mike to build me, but I definitely need to be saving up, maybe in the next year.

What can I say but a brothers love is a brothers love. I got him a great cue from a great guy. Mike is one of the best in the business. Anyone who wants a custom Tim or Mike will do you right. The stuff they make is the best. Thank you Mike and Tim for doing what you do.

2 more Scruggs...

Here are two Scruggs from my collection. The last pic is before Mike Cochran installed the new leather wrap...

Hey thanks Nick! you like the boar hide wrap that Rick Phillippi did for me? It feels awesome and his wraps are second to none. I think it added a nice touch. Yes I had talked to Jeremy about possibly selling the ivory cross Scruggs, but after talking to Tim and Mike about it I changed my mind and think I will hang on to it. They said it is the only one they have ever inlaid with crosses so it is unique. I think I would really like to get my hands on a 3/8x10 flat face ivory jointed Scruggs next. I'm curious to see how one feels.

Suggestion

c and c

The cue is for sale. If you buy the cue you could have a black lizard wrap put on it. If you buy and want me to, I would take it to Tim to have the work done and then have him ship it to you.
