Lots of Lovely Gilberts! I think he is easily one of te premiere builders to crop up in the last few years. Let's face it, the cue building market is quite large. As such, it's very difficult to produce anything that sets you apart from other builders. It seems that in building a cue it's so easy to go for "bling" and let the playability suffer a bit. And in some cases nobody would ever know as the cue would never get used.
I can say that my cue plays as well as it looks. And that's a bold statement. It never goes to public pool halls unless I'm showing someone. It's use is relegated to my friends home tables and my soon to be man cave. That being said...
Tough to see, but there are 8 points with 8 veneers. All white is ivory. The wood in the butt sleeve is very figured and moves n' dances in the light. It's like "Ahab's Harpoon."
