accent paper, you can do a lot with that, the other fellow mentioned
blue flame and in place of white, you might consider silver.
classics like reverse titlist colors are always a favorite.

So true. I actually choose different colored paper other than black because everyone else uses black paper.

Here's a Rauenzahn I'm having made:

someone mentioned Ice, you'll have to look close, there's silver in place of white.
sorry for the poor quality photos.
anyway, these are the most accurate "Ice" colors you can get.
outside-in: purple, blue, Lt blue and silver.
(accent paper can't be used)
