EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP,
EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE,
Very carefully constructed cues...Make no mistake, Showman cues are made to play pool with!!! Great, hit, feel, cue ball control
John truly loves His work,
I appreciate His time on the phone , and His willingness to try and deliver what a customer wants in a cue, or a repair/replacement shaft, etc.

Below are some photos of a killer titlist Showman. The cue is 100% mint.

Interesting photos. Rodney Morris plays with a Showman cue. He was here a few weeks ago and I noticed the ferrule on his cue is really short. I asked him about it and he said Showman switched to the small ferrules. How old is this cue?

I believe this is/was an optional item, as I've seen both the long and short ferrules on his cues. I know John uses the shorter ferrules on his personal cue (less deflection I believe), and must have just started making the short ferrules the "Default" pick unless otherwise specified. I'm not exactly sure when the change took place, but that would be my guess.

Either way I've heard nothing but good things about his cues. Not to mention the ones I've seen show TREMENDOUS quality in the workmanship.

i am a huge fan of johns cues. he might be my fav maker on earth. only thing i dont really agree with is cutting the fullsplice to add rings.

i like the look of the longer ferrule. iroc bc i played with a predator shaft for 10 years

Mike,

That's the nicest Titlelist cue i've ever seen. No wonder Showman has a 5 year waiting list!

Showman=great cues

John make a great playing cue. Its all done the old fashioned way and it takes time. Everything lines up and is perfect in every detail. Plus he's a good guy. Here is mine.

John build's an old school style of cue.....and he is a master cuemaker.

His attention to detail and execution is awesome. I received my first cue from John in December of 2007 and it is beautuiful. Fit,finish,detail and it plays.

Big John is on my top 5 list of the best cuemakers and a must own cue(s).
