I thought I would never sell this cue. This was the first custom cue I ever bought. Sold for 2500.00 when new. I now have seven cues and that's just too many. So to thin out the herd I fear that this is to be my first offering. I am not looking for trades here as I already own too many cues. This is a straight up cash sale only. It's too bad as I sincerely love trades, but not this time.

The cue is a 2000 Shurtz one of a kind cue. Has 3 shafts. Birdseye maple forearm with 6 ebony points (3 high and 3 low) each with black and white veneers. There is an ivory oval inlay at the base of each point. The ebony butsleeve is designed with six cocobolo inlays veneered in white. Oval inlays on butt sleeve are ivory as well.

The joint is piloted ivorine 3 with a SS 5/16 - 14 pin. Joint collars are black linen phenolic. 15 stitch cocobolo/maple ringwork appear above and below the black w/ white speck irish linen wrap.

Three straight shafts with Moori tips:

Shaft 1 - 11.8mm, 3.8 oz., Ivorine 3 ferrule
Shaft 2 - 11.9mm, 3.5 oz., Ivorine 3 ferrule
Shaft 3 - 12.65mm, 3.7mm Melamine ferrule

Butt weight is 15.0 oz and cue is 58" long.
So total cue is 18.5 to 18.8 oz depending on shaft used.

TRADED

Price drop again. Would love to sell this cue and move on. Whole Lotta Cue for a whole less money than new!

48 Hour bump. Cheaper than a decent McDermott, yet totally hand made and one of one.

Bump...Whole lotta cue for a tiny amount of money. Price of a good production cue gets you a one of a kind, hand made cue with three shafts. C'mon!

this is a very nice looking cue

i have had several bob owen or shurtz cues and they play great

48 Hour Bump...This is a beautiful cue by one of the most underrated builders out there.

Also considering a straight up trade on a nice jerry Rauenzahn. if you have one and you might be interested in a trade PM me a pic.
