I'm thinking about getting a Shurtz Plain Jane from IndyQ. Does anyone have any opinions about these cues?

Shurtz

I have played with a Shurtz and know a few others who play with them for 7-8years? Its a 4 point coco and plays good. They put the year made on the butt, mines an 04. I bought mine not even knowing about them, I just felt the quality was there, plus they let me test drive it. Good way to buy a cue is going to an event and test driving cues. Of course they probably not going to let you test drive a Zamboti or collector cue.

Its a solid solid cue

ask that guy gabe Owen how they play- dad just built him a new one - its here somewhere. O and Gabe won like His ( us open ) 2004 with his old one. Persoanly I might go for a custom because he is excessable, and posts here often. So does his mother!! mark

Buy the cue,I buy as many as I can .They play great and the best onepocket players in the country play them.Scott,Jeremy and Gabe you can call Bob and order a custom one if you want. I have his number

I've been pleased with Bob's work. Roy at Indy Cue has also been a gentleman. I say pull the trigger.

I thought Scott Frost was using a Cog now? He was using a Bobby Hunter, but that cue got sold, and is for sale on this board.

When did Scott start using a Shurtz???
