Good day AZers. I would like to share my cue. It is a plain jane amboyna burl cue with black sea snake skin wrap, silver rings, stainless steel buttcap, 12.75 mm solid shaft, ringworks with pieces of amboyna burl, radial pin, weighs 18 ounces and is 589'' long. Let me know what you think of it. Thanks!:thumbup::cool:

looks neat, who made it? i'm sure that figure would pop in the daylight too btw

ebony forearm /amboyna points vs amboyna forearm ebony points

im trying to decide what cue to order
i know in the end its personal but which combo do you guys think looks better/sells better ?
im sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this
but i figured you all would be able to give me a more intelligent responce than the main forum....
the cuemakers i felt would build whatever makes me happy regardless of their preference( the customer is always right..:D)
i hope i get some responces in case this gets moved

Personally, I think black/ebony goes well with amboyna. Its the nice looking combo for such a beautiful wood. In my cue, I chose to just keep it plain as to flaunt the beauty of amboyna to the fullest. It can stand alone but if you want other woods included in the cue, my bet is ebony. :)
