i think the seller SHOULD be honest... and if he doesnt know he is wrong then its right that somebody SHOULD educate him...

i think tate is doing a great job educating all of us from making bad decisions by giving us all the appropriate information..

Ebay fraud is rampant. Not just "mistakes", as this cue could well be. I own a collectable car, have posted pic of it on car enthusiast boards. Imagine my surprise a few years back when I was told my car was for sale on ebay. The car wasn't for sale, but it sure as hell was being advertised.
Caveat emptor....
