You will sometimes find them on ebay but make sure there is some sort of proof. I got an 8 ball signed in silver sharpie by Allison Fisher here in Phoenix at an expo. she did here last year. She is a sweet woman to say the least.

Contact Tom Gearhart at poolmassuh@buckeye-express.com . He used to run the Glass City Open. I've bought several from him. Very Nice guy.

Another option is to write your favorite players. I have gotten several this way and developed some friendships. Most of them are very nice and some go above and beyond. Some ask to send a SASE. I have a very nice collection now.

actually poolmassuh is who i bought it from

If you send Tom an e-mail with a list of who you're looking, he's very responsive with availability and prices. You just missed his big Christmas special, 99 cent starting bid with no reserve and free shipping.

We have a dozen or so Jeanette Lee signed cue balls. I'd have to check on a price though.

I just blind bidded 7 balls ...all signed at this years WPBA event in Peoria...all the pros that I asked could not wait to sign them when they new what they were going for.....they raised 370.00 bucks for toys for tots......Allison,Jennete,Gy Ya Kim,Eva & Mitch on one ball,Karen,Xavier Pan,and even Mark Wilson...they all helped a great event for the kids!!!

You aint gonna get rich for sure.

I have a CB or maybe it's a nine ball signed by J Balukas & Allison. I keep forgetting to have GYK sign it. Then it will be the past, present and future ball.

Sounds like a good excuse to go to a tournament...

Chris.....Great idea..... then come to the Joss Tournament at Turning Stone Casino in February and get all the balls you would want signed by the pro's there. Or maybe go to DCC and get some there................mike

Here's a couple....

from my small collection of signed balls, mostly old clay balls, but here are 2 ivory cue balls that I had signed by Efren & Nick Varner about 10 years ago. I also have Strickland, Archer, Massey, Harriman, and a few others.

Do you normally cover the signiture with some kind of poly-urethane coating so that it does not flake off?

I have dozens of cue balls that I've had signed over the years and I don't do anything to seal the signatures. I always use Sharpie markers and once signed, the signatures are pretty durable as far as handling goes. I handle them lightly once signed, and have never had a problem with one. I always wipe the ball down before handing it to someone to sign to eliminate any oils or dirt on the surface of the ball. If a signature is signed over a fingerprint, the Sharpie may smear or smudge due to the oils on the surface. I don't have all of mine on display, but I have several in a small shadow box. One day, I'll build a large wall-rack to hold the balls as well as photos.
