Simonis Tour Blue or Green on wooden table?

I really like the Simonis Green that they offer. Part of me just wanted the change, but I had them send a swatch of royal blue, Simonis Green, and Tourney Blue. I put the balls I had over each of them, and the 6 ball blended into the green. The 2 ball disappeared on the royal blue.

The Tourney Blue had every ball stand out like a dead nun in a snowbank. It's close enough to a jewel tone that my burgundy walls look fine, and it seems to match with the deep reddish wood of my table.

I truly could not be happier with the choice, and would recommend it to anyone.

I hate blue(traditionalist) until i couldnt see the edge of the ball. I'm 100% sold on Blue. Saved my cloth but probably going with760 Simonis cause I have no stroke ;)

blue vs green

Very easy to answer.

If you are an interior decorator and coordination of colors and tradition is important, go green.

If you are a pool player and want what has been determined to give you a better visual of the balls, go blue.

I should have mentioned that the room with 2 green tables and 2 tournament blue tables is IMO underlit, the blue tables now are definately brighter. I also agree with the comments about seeing all the balls better. I would say that the players in our rooms would not be happy if they went back to green.
