Yes, I did teach the Diamond factory mechanic's how to stretch and glue the bed cloths on all the one piece slates back in 2000, but today they've evolved into the way they are installing the cloth now. Not what I'd teach though because a one way fits all is not going to work with Simonis 860 Green/Blue or HR, as they don't use a stretch index to calculate the stretch, nor to they pre measure the slack in the side pockets. Mike is a pretty good table mechanic, that's who was installing the cloth in the video, if I could get to spend a little more time with him, his game would pick up a little bit more, but at the time I'm at the factory he's usually gone and vice versa. Mike didn't work at the factory when I first taught them how to install the bed cloths, and my method over time has been kind of distorted with the changing of employee's.
