Simple Question... What The Cost of a 5x10 Billiard table to be install in house?

That’s not a simple question to answer

All depends on what brand and what condition it is

Sometimes you can get a chevillot installed for 6k
Sometimes you can get an off brand for 2k

Sometimes you can get an old verhoeven for 3k or a brand new one for about 15k total

I think 10k is the right area to be in.
Under that, you could get something good but hard to find.
Above that you're paying too much imo.

6-7 buys a great table

Depends. I’m trying to sell one and there isn’t much of a market. If you showed up at my house with a truck and cash you might be surprised. 😆

the way the question was worded made it actually not simple. The cost of the table or the install? both added together? third story and up a bunch of stairs, or straight run into the garage? does your chosen installed need to fly in and book a room or is it a local retailer? Want some new made in china garbage , like where the laminate will de-laminate in 3 years,, or a beautiful well constructed oak historic table that will maintain it's value? a gold crown maybe? particleboard rails or wooden ones? steel backed rails? happy with junk plastic balls or want a brand new balanced set? need lights too? wiring for them? what type of cloth? need ball racks and a scoreboard too? Precision leveling and setup or just close enough so the balls dont all roll to the same end? Ive seen quite a few real beautiful ones go for free, but you probably wont find anything decent on a moments notice..
If you go get something like a GC then it'll maintain some value and it wont change fast. might go up in value? go buy brand new junk, not a great long term investment but some just want new stuff. Id go for the nicest antique one I can afford because I really appreciate beautiful historic tables, that could involve new rubber, cloth etc. some want different ones becaue of things like pocket size, they want something modern new and striking to match their theme.. you have decisions but readers cant; know your ideals unless you express them, You can advertise locally or in the FS section. I think if you are looking to save money youshould explore used local ones.. see if you can find a local mechanic you can work with, he might have leads too.

He's not much of a communicator, at least not in written means...

Just a quick note on the positive aspects of the Simonis PreciseShot rail cloth and Klematch rubber mentioned above.

I’ve been using PreciseShot on my heated Verhoeven 5’x10’, with Simonis Rapide bed cloth and Klematch rubber for several years now, and I love the way the PreciseShot cloth still holds cue ball spin off the rails. I can depend on the Precishot’s constant and predictable play. I also appreciate the responsiveness of the Klematch rubber.

I feel like how the balls spin and hold spin off the rails hasMUCH to do with how well and full you hit the ball and more importantly how clean
