Sixteen New York state pool halls win temporary injunction to reopen

Lawyer James Mirmigis won a temporary injunction allowing 16 pool halls in New York to reopen while their lawsuit is heard.

Most of the big rooms in NYC are included.

Looks like Cuomo's death grip on pool has been cracked.

I'm not a party to the lawsuit.
Turned my room into a 501(c)7 nonprofit social club for a $75 fee.
We are still playing.

Problem is the general public is still not going to be coming out.
