Yes. I am just South of there myself.

I went 14 hours without power at my house. I hope it is back on for good. A few years ago I went several days without it.

We got the same storm in Tulsa as they did. Texas shuts down if it snows one flake. Anything like sleet comes down and its utter chaos down there. Too bad he couldn't go. It must have been pretty bad for DFW to cancel flights.

Yeah it was bad here north of Dallas 💯…. Ice skating on city streets …. Easy e if you wanna play some let me know I’m 30min from Lewisville, action action action!
 
I fired up my snowmobile / sled back in December just in case this area I live in is called " The Snow Hole " for a good reason we sit between 3 different mountain ranges .

Sky I'm sure will make up for lost time at the next tournament !

Fastone371 , I'm closer to the middle of Montana , if how I feel is any indication the clouds that are rolling in maybe bringing more snow , I'm hurting tonight .
 
As long as the wind isn't howling which it's known to do often .

I've got a appointment with a surgeon next week to have my gallbladder removed , it's not doing its job I hope I'll be feeling better soon !
 
On Texas Drivers/weather- Here is the scoop...these ice and snow events are pretty rare compared to other places. Almost no one knows how to drive on it and in some cases our roads-bridges are not built for it. Slow...steady...no sudden moves works on flat roads but not hilly curvy ones. They shut things down as a precautionary matter to save people from themselves. Schools and businesses don't want to be responsible for asking people to take the risk to travel either.
