Just like to say thanks to Bert and Ernie or Mort and Jeff , whoever I talked to at Slates(my memory and vocabulary eloped a few years back).

We had a ball and enjoyed your great hospitality on your opening day. There were players, ladies, kids, whole families having a great time.

Greenwood seems to be a pool entusiasts town. You made everyone feel welcome and the drive was well worth it.

The food was great, home style cooking, friendly laid back atmosphere, and no music from hell. You could actually talk to each other and hear the balls crack, what a concept. May you have many more days as good as opening day.

I had things come up and couldn't make it. I wish them the best and keep us posted when you have another tournament!

I am glad you had a good time. I was on cloud nine when the place filled up at 10am on a Sunday. Thank you for making the drive and all of the positive feedback.

Hope to make it down from Sparkle City sometime in the near future. I know some guys from up this way who may have made it down but I never see them anymore.

I'm adding my "thumbs up" and a congratulatory slap on the back for Josh Walson and his pool stick totin' intrepid posse of helpers. Go Josh--and we'll be back!

Mini's

I had a great time running the mini tourney's! I hope everyone enjoyed my buddy Mort's new place. I think it will become a center for billiards in the middle of the state!

It's great to see new rooms opening! Congratulations! Good luck with your upcoming event. I hope to stop in and see your room, the next time I'm in SC! Looks like a great room for one of our 3-day "Road Show" pool schools!

Scott, if you do show up sometime in the near future, please post on here about it so that I know to show up. I'd love to take some lessons if you're ever in the neighborhood doing a clinic or something.
