Is the conditoner better than the cleaner-conditioner?

How many hours before reapplying to you?

I use the version where there's a separate conditioner & cleaner.

You apply the cleaner, wait a minute or so before it is dry to the touch, then apply the conditioner.

After that I wipe it with a microfiber towel and buff it up with a leather burnisher.

I've had my cue for 2 years and I've only needed to use the SlipStic twice, it works really well.

I just got slipstic about a month ago. I applied it once and have yet to feel any difference from the first time after I used it. It definitely lasts a hell of a lot longer than the other stuff I used to use (cue-silk or whatever it's called) but it's not QUITE as glassy... but it's so close to it that it truly doesn't matter.

I still use my old cleaner because I got the giant bottle of it and don't want to just set it down... it does a great job cleaning the shaft. I've also heard that the cleaner/conditioner isn't nearly as good as separate cleaner and conditioner

The SlipStic cleaner and conditioner both do a better job when used separately. I only use the conditioner about once every 2 months-

For fifteen dollars, I recommend to try it out for yourself. And if you don't like it, send it to me; My bottle is almost out, and Valley Forge can't come fast enough!

What happened to Pete Lafond (CEO of Slipstic)? He hasn't posted here since November. Hope he's ok.

As a conditioner... what works best?

According to you folks, it would be the conditioner alone?! Is that it?

Edit: I have the cleaner-conditioner bottle.
