Let's see, its been 13 days since Jim Pierce said that he would send out a check per our agreement. You were saying something about a Liar?
According to you, Jim was writing out a check to me? Must be lost in the mail I suppose....

My understanding was that your agreement set down conditions for both of you to uphold.
If you do not call off the "attack dogs", how do you expect things to be properly resolved.

i know one thing jim made me a cue somebody botched he gave me a cue for my compensation in my opinion that is highly unheard of a cue maker. yeah jim n i had a small disagreement but he made me happy with our deal so ihave never spoke of this till now. i just want people to know jims a good guy here u cant run ur mouth n not expect him to fire back in defense. So mr pierce if i can be of any assistance to u send me another cue n ill do what u really want....!!! in the pool world we are a family aqnd we stick together no matter what. and we always resolve matters accordingly with NO BULLSHIT. and the problem i had was just a shaft problem how many cuemakers are gonna throw u a cue for free? lay off Jim will ya.

I Will certainly hold up my end of the bargain, which was to send the shaft back and close this thread with a message that said it was resolved, when he sends the check. Since he has not sent the check, he has not held up to his end of the bargain.
I would also like to know what wvroadplayer means by this comment. Do you have a name wvroadplayer. I certainly don't find a comment like this funny.

Real mature. I don't really know who is right or wrong on this thread but I do know one thing- this is a public forum for pool. If the TC received poor service he has every right in the world to share the experience. We live in a day and age where people from all over the world can communicate about the game we love. This should be embraced.
Lets say you bought a predator shaft that was damaged and they refused to fix it. Coming here and explaining what happened can help others from making the same mistake.
In this case the actual person who worked on the cue had an opportunity to reply and try and make things right.
Considering you only have 40 posts, maybe you should rethink your strategy on how you go about talking to people on this board. Just saying
