I think it has. Sadly, Colin didn't bother to credit the originator of the video. Here is the relevant web page: http://www.bskunion.at/efler.htm where you can get the 25-minute video of the shots. Robert Leitner was the technical guy on the production.

Efler (the guy shooting the shots) also has a book on 3-cushion there, which I believe is available in both German and Spanish. (He was thinking of translating into English, but I don't know about the progress for that.) His phone number is on the web page, or there is an email link on the web page. If neither of those works, I have an email address for him.
