Excuse my ignorance but how does it work?
Use the acrylic template as a guide and paste those "stickers" in the holes? So those stickers are permanent and will hold the balls in place?
They aren't permanent. You can just peel the stickers up whenever you want. It works the same way the magic rack does.. makes the balls lean towards each other for a perfect rack every time. Only with this you don't have to hold the magic rack in place and remove it before and after every break.
