the best sneaky I have tried for the price was the sneakiest pete by TNT cues.

Have you looked at the dufferin phantom? It's their basic 1 piece house cue with a joint.

I very much enjoy the Sneaky I picked up from Mueller's (in house made one). I have a link to it in the above thread (page 2 I believe?).

Good luck - lot's of options for under $200.

Fury SP4, I purchased one for $150 a while back i think they are going
for $200 now. check some cue sites maybe prices vary.
Also as Said Shmelke SP I have owned both and no complaints here.
