looking to buy a good production sneaky pete in 200.00 to 350.00 range. Currently play with a pechauer and the shaft on it feels like it is to thick. Have played with a meucci for years. Feels like the thicker shaft throws my game off a little bit. Looking for a sneaky with the same specs as a meucci but better quality than the meucci. Don't get me wrong I like the pechauer but it just doesn't feel right

shaft

I think it would be cheaper to have the shaft re tapered to your liking on the pechauer you would be amazed what a little sanding will do. I recently bought an ALDREN J/B and shaft was 12.8MM I liked the hit just didn't get the power i was looking for on the break so I put it on my lathe and took a little off down to 12.3mm and played with that and my break came back even snapped a couple of 9's, but if you are looking for a sneaky I have a Joss I'll take 200 plus shipping. PM me if you want pics.

Give Doug Patrick A try . . .

I just bought a beautiful CoCobola sneaky from him . . . great hit and well made . . . and its right in your price range.

Highly recommended.

I have seveal sneaky petes .My favorite hitting ones are
Pat Diviney, Keith Josey( not too sneaky), & Leonard
Bludworth.

There is a very nice older Joss sneaky in the For Sale forums. If I did not have to account to the wife for money I spend, I'd get it :-)

I wouldn't suggest a production cue at that price range. Look for a custom cue maker to cut everything to your specs. Some have already been mentioned.

You could pick up a Frey SP in the upper limits of your price range. Can't go wrong with a Frey.
