Snooker markings on smaller size table

I have a question regarding the markings on a snooker table....I am familiar with the placement of the spots on a standard 12 x 6 table, however, I do quite a bit of work on smaller (home size) tables, such as the 7, 8, and 9 foot tables and am getting requests to put snooker spots on regular pool tables. What are (in inches if you would) the exact specifics to the spots on these smaller tables? Your help in this matter would be sooooo greatly appreciated!!!!!

I would keep them in proportion to where the spots fall in relationship to the diamonds, seems to me to be the closest way of scaling down.
