Snooker Players In Southeastern Michigan

Hello,

I am looking for people in SE MI to play with, I only have one playing mate and I am looking for a variety that will help me improve as well as challenge me. I currently play out of Snookers in Livonia on 96 and Inkster, but will be going to the Rac more frequently, as I am told that they have a 12ft table (snookers is 10ft). I do play for money but not much, somewhere in the ballpark of 2/game + .10/pt. Playing for fun does interest me, just PM me or respond in the thread. I am more than interested in playing at almost any time of the day for several hours (up to 5) at a time.

Not yet, its a rather long drive from my house, especially without a prearranged game. It seems that most of the 12 fts. in the area used by elder men to play golf. Great game and all, but I'd rather play snooker.
 
Snooker at the Rack

The Rack would be your best bet for snooker at this point in time. We just had a dollar a point ring game there last Saturday. There are a number of good shooters. If your looking to arrange a less expensive game, I'd be willing to set up a time for $.50 a point with you. PM me if you want to set something up. There is also a nice 12 ft table at Stix in Waterford on Dixie hwy about 5 miles north of Telegraph. I can play most nights in Waterford

Antique snooker table. Can you help identify the manufacturer?

Michigan remains one of the best states for finding snooker tables. The current count is an even dozen (assuming none have been removed lately, which is possible).
