Not any longer. Wilt's in Arlington had one until they closed a few years back (and it was a very nice one). I've seen a 10' at Fast Freddies in Fort Worth I think. I haven't seen another 12' in the area.
There's one at the Billiard Den at Arapaho and 75. They won't let you practice with regular pool balls on it, though, because that would "damage the pockets."

A guy asked me to play some golf with him last time I was there, actually. Come to think of it, though, I think the table's only a 10 footer, not a 12 footer.
