I live in Toledo Oh. and having trouble finding a place with full size snooker tables. Prefer 12 ft. although a 10 footer would be fine. Anybody happen to know of a room in Detroit,Ann Arbor, Toledo area? Willing to travel up to a hundred miles or so. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Bob Sturgill.

the plaza billiards in port huron has a 100 year old brunswick 6 x 12. there's usually a 25 or 50 cent liability game every morning
Hall of Fame Billiards in Livonia has a 12' table.

If you,ve got room at the house there is a nice one for sale on craigslist, Brunswick i believe, 1-1/4" slate.
Other reasons for going to Hall of Fame: (1) carom tables, and (2) strong competition.

There should still be at least one 5 x 10 table in the pool room on the second floor at the student union in Ann Arbor on State Street. Again, I still have to call to confirm this and other listings.
I haven't done a search for northern Ohio yet. I'll post links to the national list when I'm done with the first draft.

Bob, I'll be posting the complete list of U.S. pool halls with snooker tables within the next few weeks.
The only snooker table I found in Ohio is a 5 x 10 at Jack's Rec Center in Middletown.
In Michigan I found six 6 x 12 tables. There are a number of 10 footers, too. The pool hall in the U of M student union in Ann Arbor still has its 10-foot table, and the pool room is now fully open to the public. (There used to be somewhat limited hours for non-students.)
Stay tuned.
