There is a 12' table at Classic Billiards in Portland, Oregon. It is used mainly for golf, but it is a new (two week old) table. The address is listed on findsnooker.com.
 
Gary's Victor Billiards has a new 6 x 12' Riley

Gary's Victor Billiards in Victorville, Ca. has a 6 x 12' Riley we just set up 2 weeks ago. No pictures yet but the table is beautiful.I will post pictures when we get them taken.

There is a 12' Brunswick-Balke-Collender at The Oasis in Chico, CA. Pretty old table, mostly used for golf. Recently re-clothed with Simonis 760. This table has become my main practice table. Snooker balls as well as American pool balls are both available for use on it.
