The times on that website are BST - Subtract 5 hours to get EST, 6 hours to get CST, etc (19:00 BST = 13:00 CST).

I noticed that, too. When that happens, I just switch to Eurosport 1. You can find it in the "Sports Channels" menu above the video player.
