Snookered

Hey Jennifer, I am considering learning to play snooker and saw your pics on the USSA website. Since you have played some what do you think of the game? Do you own a snooker cue? How would you reccomend getting started? Just bored with 9 ball. Perhaps you can shed some light on the subject for me.

Hey Dan,

I've only played a few times, and I never actually bought a cue, but if you want to improve your pocketing or drive yourself crazy, just start playing snooker!

Alan Morris is often on the message boards, and he's a good snooker player...you want to handle this one, Alan?

Hey Jennifer, Thanks for the reply!! Alan has contacted me regarding a pool hall that he did not know of. They have two 6x12 tables. God they are huge!! Big ass bridges and these long bridge cues, the damn things sag in the middle there so long!! Call me crazy but it just looks so interesting I gotta try it once before my eyes get so bad I can't see the other end..

LOLz quedup...the first time I played snooker I was laughing at how long the bridges and bridge cues are....I tell you this, play snooker for week and then play 9 ball on a 9 footer....it looks like a barbox....
