They are all used and are not perfect, some just dirty, some need tips, and have no way to know if they all roll straight.You are buying cue as-is..Only 2 of the cues have a slight roll in the shaft only, and the others are good. The 2 will be identified in the description of cue, but does not effect the play of cue.
