After what seems like the longest week of our lives, my best friend and I just received our new Lomax jump cues yesterday.
Speaking for my friend and I......these are beautiful. He jumped with his last night for probably about 20 minutes and said it was effortless.
The quality of workmanship is extremely nice and now I REALLY want a Lomax player and break cue.

Don't think I can afford those, but at least if I do get in the position of being able to.....I would pull the trigger without any hint of hesitation.
My jumper is the one on the far left in the above pics. Black with silver and royal blue rings. The blue is pretty thin, but it still looks nice. From a distance you can't see it, but up close it pops a bit.
My friend's cue is the one next to last on the left. His is black with silver and white rings.
I arrived to our tournament fairly late last night, so as of yet, I still haven't attempted a jump with it. It never came up during the tournament and I was so tired after I got home last night, I couldn't bring myself to shoot anymore on my home table. I have another tournament tonite and should have more time, so I'll see what it does.
As is, HUGE thumbs up for Steve Lomax. This was our first dealings with him and it was extremely positive.
It's nice to know that even if I don't have anything near the level of proficiency that I'd like.....in this game that I love so much.....at least I have some of the best equipment there is to offer.
It's all on me now.
Now.....the hunt for a great break cue begins.
