Man I like that Black cue. How old is it?

I purchased the Black in 1977. In 1997 Richard replaced the butt cap and wrap and refinished it.

Great cues! My favorite is the southwest with ebony
Points, what looks like possibly goncalo alves and green veneers.

I think that's my favorite southwest cue right there. I like this
Even more than a bocote with ebony points and blue veneers that
Was my previous favorite.

It's called Spalted Maple. That's Maple that has started to rot. It is impregnated with a resin before machining.
