Can anybody help me figure out who made this shaft. It has two red peppers on it. The butt is purple heart and it has an implex joint. The butt cap also has two peppers on it
 
Looks like some guy just drew it on with a sharpie, could have easily been done by the owner. You can even see a bit of red marker that ran down (the little red line in the middle coming down from the stem) or do you know the logo was there from the maker?
