Does anyone have any info on a H2630 South Bend Lathe? There is one at an upcoming auction locally, and I might be inclined to bid on it and get into some simple repair work.

I have an email to South Bend, but figured why not try here, too.

you could also ask on rec.crafts.metalworking

best bet would prolly be ths Yahoo groups.

UK lathes .com or something like that. It's basically an online encyclopedia for lathes and mills.
