BCA rules are to be used with alternating breaks and tournament is double elimination. The race is to 5 on both sides and the tournament is open to the first 64 paid entrants. Doors to open both days at 11 am with a calcutta on each day. A players meeting will be held at 12 noon and play will begin at 1 pm. I want to start by thanking everybody who came to the tournament for making it a huge success. 27 players showed up and over 2000 dollars was paid out and the tournament was able to be completed in one day. Thanks to RAX sports bar for hosting the event and I hope there will be more to come. The following was the tournament payout.

1st - $895
2nd - $600
3rd - $370
4th - $115
5th - $50
6th - $50

If you have any feedback on how to make the tournament better please let me know. I will try and host another tournament towards the end of the summer. Thanks again for making this tournament a overwhelming success. Pics will be posted soon.

Joe, you did a great job. I think everyone being in Vegs really hurt your turn out, but, that 's the way it goes sometimes.

1st - Oscar Vasquez from Mathis
2nd - Daryl Owens from Kingsville
3rd - Lewis "Iroman" Jones from San Antonio

Again thanks to everyone who showed up. I will be looking to run another tournament before the summer is over. Perhaps a 9 or 10 ball tournament...haven't decided yet.
