Hey guys up for sale is pin# 345-01 cue is played but seriously 9 out of 10 condition wise. Shafts could use new tips and a cleaning but other than that it is perfect. I want this gone by Monday morning first 2000 obo takes it.

Probably should stay out of this, but it seems that you were truly first to post. However, we'll never know about PMs.

Unfortunately the reality is that the seller can choose the buyer and certainly isn't bound by anything that anybody else thinks is ethical. I know I sent an email to someone to buy a second cue from him. He sold it to someone else who inquired via AZB long after I said I would take the cue. Sometimes the ball bounces in funny ways, huh?

I can't believe that you (Marc) got hosed out of this deal.AZB has become a "free for all" where there are no rules or ethics,and people do whatever they want.
It's very sad :(

It used to be,whoever posted first,had first chance,and then down the list.

No ball should be bouncing, in fact a verbal agreement is legally binding in some states. For the sake of transparency, a seller should post the pm on the sale thread if there ever was a dispute over who got replied first.
