I agree with cowboy, pictures will be a huge help for your sale. Pictures do speak 1000 words on this forum. I would also suggest that because you only have TWO posts and no iTrader yet, you should contact Marcus (FAST_N_LOOSE) to set up an escrow service for your potential transaction.
