Do not deal with this guy. He tried to scam me by not shipping a cue to accurate address. I disputed a claim and waited for a long time to get funds back. Once again, paypal must be paid as goods and services.

I'm gonna need some help here guys.
I got scammed by this guy (azb user "petkusboy" posted the ad for him).
He did the same thing, shipped to a wrong address and not replying my emails.
I've already opened up a case with paypal as i paid thru goods/services, is there anything else i can do?
Any help would be appreciated

Hey Andy,

As long as you sent payment as good/services and thru your credit card. Your good to go.

Just provide all the information/proof to paypal. Your funds will be refunded by paypal..

Get in touch with the credit card company you used to make payment. They may be your fastest form of recourse in this matter.
